Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. Ninefold is an educational self-assessment. It cannot diagnose a disease, allergy, mental health condition or circulation problem.
Can I have more than one constitution?
Yes. The framework is dimensional, and many people show a blend of tendencies. Patterns may also change with age, environment, routine and health.
How should I answer?
Think about your usual experience over roughly the past year rather than a single unusual day.
Are my answers uploaded?
No. Answers and scores remain in your browser. Anonymous analytics events may record that a quiz was started or completed, but never your answers or result.
Why are there 60 questions?
The source framework uses 60 questions, and some answers contribute to more than one pattern. Completing the full set usually takes about 8–10 minutes.
What should I do with my result?
Use it as a reflection prompt. For symptoms that are severe, persistent, new or concerning, consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
