Yin Deficiency

What this pattern means
Yin deficiency is associated in TCM with relative dryness, warmth and restlessness. A person may report dry eyes or lips, warm palms, thirst or difficulty settling at night. The framework groups tendencies; it should not replace evaluation for dehydration, hormonal changes, medication effects or other causes.

- Dry mouth, eyes, skin or lips
- Warm palms, soles or flushed cheeks
- Restlessness or difficulty settling
